It has been a while now that I have been in need of a "stroller rain cover pocket", to keep it safe from theft and from the wind (that has blown away my last rain cover...)
I conveniently used the coin purse tutorial from Tiffany Harvey (alias pmthreads) and added some velcro straps on the back to attach it to the stroller
