Je viens d'apprendre que Mel a recu son paquet donc voila ce qui est parti chez elle

Un vetement customise avec un grand noeud bleu



Cote cosmeto: une creme pour proteger les ongles, un masque et des petites "?" pour les fards a paupieres



Accessoires: une echarpe bleu/turquoise et un collier



Des bidouilles: du tissu, un ruban, de la peinture acrylique et des petites perles turquoises

Je viens de recevoir ce weekend mon colis pour le swap, merci beaucoup lillilalibellule !

C'etait son premier swap et c'est tres reussi, voila ce qu'il contenait:

Un vetement customise



Des accessoires: le sac qui va avec, un collier, des boucles d'oreilles et un chale tres fin avec des perles suspendues aux extremites, j'adore le style!






Cosmeto: un gel douche fait maison, je me rejouis de l'essayer

Et pour finir, pleins de bidouilles, un doudou pour mon fils (tres gentille attention, merci!) et du chocolat... je ne le repeterais jamais assez j'adooooore le chocolat






Un grand merci a toi lili la libellule, c'etait un tres joli swap :-)

Fastelavnskostume til baby

Here in Denmark, there is a carnival called "Fastelavn", it's lots of fun and all the children wear costumes on that occasion.

For my little baby I took the idea of thredbanger's last video: Monster hoodie project

and applied it to a handmade cape according to the following instructions from a doll artist named runo

the measurements are for a 80 cm tall baby

My Babybag

Coming back to work but feeling like I still had to carry tons of things for baby... I needed a huge bag like the Elodie bag I used during my maternity leave but at the same time, it had to look a bit pro and not to mama like... so I copied the pattern of the Elodie detail bag on a black fabric:

as I didn't know how the bag was originally sewed together, I just sewed the ends at the shoulder and covered it with a white and black piece of fabric

Now the nice thing about this bag, is that my purse (a furla) fits very nicely, without drowning in the bag

A little pocket is handy to keep a little bottle of milk to soothe a tired baby when I have to pick him up from the daycare....

And worn, it looks like this

moreover it hangs on nicely to our umbrella stroller and as the bag and it's weight hang quite low, it doesn't imbalance the stroller

Doorhandle Protector no 2

Back to work, back to the dangerous world of bactery-sharing and having lost my old doorhandleprotector :-(

I made a new one enhanced with a closing feature: a button and an elastic to keep the bacterias trapped

Julefest

This year we decided to organise our own little "julefest" a christmas party to gather friends and family. Besides baking biscuits, biscuits and biscuits...I used two decoration ideas from the Marie Claire Idees of December

Le sac, à partir d'un modèle du livre "Bend the rules sewing" d'Amy Karol

Dans laquelle il y avait un vernis à ongle argenté


Et comme j'ai cru comprendre qu'elle n'était pas trop maquillage, j'ai opté pour un petit accessoire pratique: une écharpe avec son petit détail argenté

Le modèle pour l'écharpe vient de ce livre: "Last-Minute knitted gifts" de Joelle Hoverson


La déco: une poupée tilda avec des cheveux argentés, je trouve que cela fait très nordique :-)


La gourmandise: du marcipain, quelque chose qui se consomme beaucoup ici


Et pour la lecture, un magazine danois
Bolig = Maison
Jul = Noël

Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu en trouver un en anglais que je trouvais approprié pour le thème de ce swap.


Et enfin, une mini peluche pour la petite de Coquelicot, un truc tout chou que j'ai trouvé chez un fleuriste! Très diversifié comme commerce...


Ah j'oubliais le bijou: un bracelet qui se vend ici pour collecter des fonds pour la prévention du cancer du sein, j'ai malheureusement oublié d'en faire une photo.

J'espère que le tout lui a plu, j'ai eu en tout cas beaucoup de plaisir à réaliser ce swap car la combinaison noir/argent m'a beaucoup inspirée...

Wall Sticker - Baby's room

A friend of mine lives in a very small flat and has a little bundle of joy of about 9 months, it was decided that it was time for her to sleep in her own "room" but they have no extra room for her so she very cleverly managed to decorate a "hall/corridor/corner" with a super nice wallpaper, fairy tale stickers and added a curtain to be able to close this little space. I was very impressed by her craft skills and unfortunately I just can't manage with wallpaper! But the new trend anyway nowadays is to use wall stickers, but as they are quite expensive, I decided to try to make my own with the help of Threadbanger's tutorial on wall decals and the inspiration of this online shop:the wall company

Bought some contact paper on e-bay (no idea where I could buy this in DK), drew my shapes directly on it


And paste it on the wall next to baby's bed
